Measuring 25x14cm, these heat packs offer soothing warmth and comfort. Simply pop them in the microwave for 1 minute initially, then in 30-second increments until you reach your desired heat level. Remember not to exceed 2 minutes of heating time.

For best results, ensure there's no moisture in the heat pack before heating, and let it dry naturally if needed. Additionally, these versatile packs can also be used as cold packs. To use them cold, place the lupin pack in a snap lock bag before placing it in the freezer.

Please note, we advise against alternating between hot and cold use to prevent potential risks, as moisture may cause them to catch fire. Safety first for a truly relaxing experience.
