**Usage Instructions:**
- To enjoy the therapeutic benefits, simply put the eye pillow in the microwave for 30 seconds each time until you reach your desired heat level. DO NOT HEAT FOR MORE THAN 2 MINUTES.
- Avoid heating if there is any moisture in the eye pillow. Allow it to dry naturally before heating.
- These versatile eye pillows can also be used as cold packs. For cold therapy, place the lupin pack in a snap lock bag before putting it in the freezer.
- For safety reasons, we recommend using the eye pillow for either cold or heat, not both. Moisture may cause them to catch fire if alternated between hot and cold.
